Infrastructure, Architecture & Support

How we connect, scale and operate

Quiddly is designed to be extended, integrated and operated with confidence. The platform combines a flexible REST API, managed cloud infrastructure, infrastructure as code, cloud-native operations and built-in security principles to support business-critical credit operations.

Cloud Native

Quiddly is delivered as a fully managed cloud platform. We handle hosting and infrastructure so customers can focus on running and growing their business.

The platform follows modern cloud-native principles for performance and resilience. Extensive caching improves response times, while Redis supports high-speed caching and selected state handling.

Scalable Architecture

Quiddly runs on Kubernetes clusters, allowing services to scale dynamically as demand grows. This supports high transaction volumes, business-critical workloads and changing operational needs without customer-managed infrastructure.

The architecture enables rolling updates, stronger fault tolerance and reduced disruption during deployments, keeping the platform stable.

Infrastructure as Code

All infrastructure is managed as code to ensure consistency and reliable deployments. We use Terraform to define and manage the platform’s full infrastructure state.

Terraform reduces manual configuration, improves repeatability and gives our teams a controlled way to manage infrastructure changes. It also supports stronger governance, traceability and predictable operations.

Managed Updates

Quiddly is delivered as a managed platform, with updates handled by our team. Customers get a continuously maintained platform without managing hosting, infrastructure changes or core deployments.

Rolling deployments and structured release processes help minimise disruption while keeping the platform modern and secure.

Integrations

Quiddly is built to connect with the systems around modern credit operations. Customers can use the API to create custom integrations with reporting environments, financial systems and operational tools.

The platform also have prebuilt integrations for common business systems, including ERP and accounting environments. This reduces implementation complexity while keeping the architecture flexible.

Security

Security is built into the Quiddly architecture. Cloudflare helps protect the platform at the edge, while authentication and identity management are handled through Auth0.

No user credentials are stored directly within the platform. Quiddly also follows privacy by design and privacy by default, ensuring data protection is considered from the ground up.

Traceability & Operational Control

Quiddly supports visibility across platform activity, workflow events and system interactions. This helps technical teams troubleshoot integrations and operational flows, while supporting auditability and governance.

Traceability gives customers a clearer view of what happens across the platform and creates a stronger foundation for automation and reporting.
