A fine example of self-service is the errand view in the client portal of our debt collection module. From this portal your clients handle all their collection errands. They can filter out the view to only show exactly what they’re looking for. They can also open a detailed case-view where they’ll find a brief summary together with an events timeline, describing what stages the invoice has gone through.
